Who handles your information?

Landing Page, at landing-page.co.il and its preview address, operates under the Bluemedia24 brand and presents landing page design and development services. The business team handles inquiries submitted through the site.

For privacy questions and requests: +972-77-997-4482. Please specify that your request concerns Landing Page. The data controller's full legal name, registration number, address, and email will be completed after verification with the site operator.

What information is collected?

Information you choose to submit: name, phone, email, business name, industry, and service area, plus optional details such as your website, objective, timeline, budget, package interest, and message. Consultation requests also identify the requested call type. Do not include passwords, payment details, medical information, or unnecessary personal information about others.

Inquiry context: source, campaign, keyword, or city parameters in the arrival link may accompany a submitted form. The page path, duplicate-prevention request ID, receipt time, and accepted privacy-notice version are also included. Unsubmitted form information remains in page memory and is not saved by the form in browser storage.

Technical information: hosting infrastructure processes connection and request data, including IP addresses, for delivery, operation, and security. Form receipt generates a hashed connection identifier with a daily component to limit automated submissions. Hashing should not be interpreted as complete anonymity.

Approximate city: only after an active regional-personalization choice does the demo request an approximate city from connection data. It does not request GPS permission, store that city, or automatically attach it to the form. Manual city selection remains available without permission.

Why is the information used?

• To respond to your request, arrange a call, understand your business, and prepare a service proposal.
• To record inquiry handling in the site's system and LEADER, prevent duplicates, and investigate delivery failures.
• To operate the site, prevent misuse, and honor accessibility and privacy preferences.
• To personalize the demo regionally if you separately permit it.
• Measuring website usage and improving content and the browsing experience with Google Analytics, only after separate consent to analytics.

Providing information is voluntary, not a legal obligation. Required fields and permission to respond are necessary to submit the form. You can continue browsing or contact us by phone instead. Form consent concerns this inquiry; it does not subscribe you to a mailing list or authorize advertising messages.

Who receives the information?

The inquiry is intended for the business team handling it. The form stores it in the site's database and sends it to LEADER for lead management. Sites / Cloudflare infrastructure provides hosting, request processing, and storage. If the CRM does not confirm receipt, the inquiry and transfer status remain available for investigation.

If you consent to analytics, Google receives usage data through Google Analytics 4, including page views, browser and device information, and cookie identifiers. Our tracking code does not send form responses, names, phone numbers, or email addresses as event data. Infrastructure providers may process data outside Israel. Actual processing locations and provider agreements still require verification by the site operator; using this website does not constitute blanket consent to future transfers.

A disclosure required by law or court order must be assessed for its scope and necessity. This policy does not authorize unrelated uses or reduce statutory rights.

Cookies, storage, and preferences

This website uses Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-F7F10TTZ9R. The Google tag is blocked until you consent to analytics and remains blocked if you decline. This is Basic Consent Mode. Google Signals, personalized advertising, and Meta Pixel are not enabled in this implementation. Some preferences are saved in Local Storage in your browser, rather than in a tracking cookie. The hosting provider may use its own tools for secure access and operation.

Analytics and regional personalization are off by default. You can consent to each separately in Privacy Settings. Withdrawing analytics consent updates Google’s consent state, disables further collection, and deletes this website’s Analytics cookies in this browser. It does not delete data already sent. Regional personalization is also optional: you can enable it, decline it, or withdraw a previous choice. Closing the notice or continuing to browse does not grant consent. Turning off regional personalization stops new requests and resets the demo, unless you chose a city manually or followed a link with a city specified. It does not delete an inquiry already submitted.

If your browser blocks local storage, your choice applies only to the current visit. You can delete site data in your browser settings; the notice will appear again, with analytics and regional personalization turned off.

Google may process data outside Israel. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

How long is information retained?

Submitted inquiries are stored in the site's database and LEADER. This version does not define automatic lead deletion in code. Business retention periods, review and deletion schedules, backup handling, and legally required exceptions still need to be established and verified by the operator.

Analytics cookies expire within 180 days. Event data retention in the Google Analytics account is configured separately in the account settings and is not changed by this code installation.

You may ask about stored information or request deletion through the listed phone number. Requests are considered according to circumstances and applicable law. This is not a promise of automatic deletion or an unconditional right to erase all information.

Your rights and choices

Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, you may request access to personal information held about you, subject to the law and its exceptions. If information is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or outdated, you may request correction or deletion under Section 14. You may also request withdrawal of consent or cessation of a particular use; the implications depend on the processing and applicable law.

For privacy requests, call +972-77-997-4482 and identify the site and request type. Reasonable identity verification may be needed to prevent disclosure to another person. Do not send identity documents or sensitive information before receiving appropriate instructions. You may also contact Israel's Privacy Protection Authority through its official channels.

Cookie choices do not waive rights or constitute consent to marketing messages. Privacy settings are available on every page.

How is information protected?

Forms submit to the site's server rather than directly to the CRM from the browser. LEADER credentials remain server-side. Controls include field validation, request-origin checks, size and frequency limits, and duplicate prevention. Transfers to LEADER use HTTPS.

These measures do not guarantee absolute security. The operator must also manage access permissions, account security, provider agreements, backups, and incident response according to applicable obligations. A technical page review does not replace review of databases and business processes.

Links, WhatsApp, and external services

Clicking WhatsApp, a phone link, or an external website opens another service at your initiative. Those services may process information under their own policies. The site does not load a visitor-tracking WhatsApp widget; its link acts only when clicked. Avoid sharing unnecessary information in calls or messages.

The site is intended for business owners and does not request children's information. Contact us if unnecessary information or another person's information was submitted by mistake.

Updates and privacy requests

The update date and version appear at the top. New processing purposes or tracking providers require review and updates to notices and choices before activation. Consent to this version does not preapprove those changes.
